Masterclass III: Sacred Spaces and the Catholic Dialogue School | 21 May 2025
This Masterclass focuses on the topic of sacred spaces and the Catholic Dialogue School. For Catholic schools that seek to become places of dialogue amid diversity, how can they develop Catholic sacred spaces that both reflect unambiguous Catholic identity and are welcoming to people of other traditions? The session primarily addresses the theological concept and architecture of the sacred space. Presenters: Prof. dr. Didier Pollefeyt (KU Leuven) and Drs. Jan Bouwens (KU Leuven). Masterclass II: Creating a Culture of Dialogue | 20 November 2024
This Masterclass introduces a practical theological instrument for staff formation and professional learning in the Catholic school, towards the development of interreligious and interworldview dialogue underpinned and informed by the Catholic faith tradition. Presenters: Prof. dr. Didier Pollefeyt (KU Leuven), Drs. Jan Bouwens (KU Leuven), Dr. Michael Richards (KU Leuven), with remarks from Dr. Teresa Brown (Australian Catholic University) and Gina Bernasconi (Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Office).
